Numerous deployments in critical situations made it clear that rescue shears are not always the first choice and can fail, which can be a life-threatening problem in some situations. So Kelly L. Rodriguez developed this valuable tactical tool. The CST is ready to go when it is time to save lives. The glass-fiber-reinforced plastic handle has a US oxygen key and an integrated measuring scale. Delivery includes polyester scabbard which contains a spare blade.
