The practical Work Sharp Culinary E5 Upgrade Kit expands the Work Sharp Culinary E5 with additional grinding types and angles. The kit consists of two interchangeable angle guides and a total of five belts in four different grits (1x coarse/120ZA, 2x medium/120, 1x X30 AO/fine and 1x X4 AO/ultrafine). The 17° angle guide is perfect for Japanese-style chef’s knives, while the 20° angle guide is designed for western kitchen knives. In addition, the angle guide with 17° can also be used for a grinding angle of 15° through an alternative positioning.
