The automated maintenance-free dust removal system and the low noise level make operation clean and quiet so that your countertop doesn’t mutate into a workbench.The premium model comes with 3 sharpening speeds: for creating an edge, for sharpening and stropping. Fully automated timer control for perfectly calibrated sharpening intervals. The additional ceramic rod (usable length: 20 cm) with a coarse-grain and fine-grain grinding surface and an angle guide can be used to touch up the edge.
