In noble restaurants an original Laguiole cutlery is served with the steak. The slim blade shape and the elegant lines have made the Laguiole knives world famous. Handcrafted in the famous knife forge Robert David in Thiers, France, the stainless blades are mirror polished and razor-sharp ground. As with all original French Laguiole knives, the traditional shepherd’s cross in the handle shells, the hand-worked chasing on the back of the handle and the bee, the Napoleonic heraldic animal, must not be missing from the fixed steak knives. We now also offer forks made of 12C27 steel with a juniper wood handle. The attention to detail, the exclusive choice of materials and the high quality of workmanship make them the ideal complement to the steak knives (02RD011 and 02RD012).
