Originally inspired by folding knives from Andalusia, the elegant knives with the famous bee, the Napoleonic heraldic animal, have been made there for generations in various forms. The individually forged and hardened blade made of T12 is stainless and polished. The traditional slipjoint pocketknife opens with a nail nick. The steel has a hardness of 57 to 58 HRC, which makes the blade very resilient and usually keeps its sharpness for several years. The liners and bolsters are made of Inox stainless steel and also polished.
