The traditional shepherd´s cross on the handles, the hand engraving on the back of the handle, and, like all original French Laguiole knives, the Napoleonic emblem of the bee must all be there – even on steak knives. These knives and their matching forks are carefully made by hand, reflecting French tradition and cuisine.
