Renowned knife designer Jens Anso takes up his wooden spoon and drawing board and conjures up a full-bodied menu of the finest chef’s knives for gourmets with the MKM Prima series. The vegetable knife is ideal for cutting and chopping vegetables and fruit. Also for peeling or as a small all-purpose knife in the kitchen, the paring knife is often the preferred choice over the large chef’s knife. In this special version, the MKM Prima paring knife is equipped with a noble Takefu Damascus blade with 65 layers at a hardness of 61-63 HRC. Typically Anso, the handle is made of golden-black FAT carbon, which eliminates the usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
