The vegetable knife is ideal for cutting and chopping vegetables and fruit. Also for peeling or as a small all-purpose knife in the kitchen, the paring knife is often the preferred choice over the large chef’s knife. In this special version, the MKM Prima paring knife is equipped with a noble Takefu Damascus blade with 65 layers at a hardness of 61-63 HRC. Typically Anso, the handle is made of black FAT carbon, which eliminates the usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
