Renowned knife designer Jens Anso takes up his wooden spoon and drawing board and conjures up a full-bodied menu of the finest chef’s knives for gourmets with the MKM Prima series. The vegetable knife is ideal for cutting and chopping vegetables and fruit. Also for peeling or as a small all-purpose knife in the kitchen, the paring knife is often the preferred choice over the large chef’s knife. In this version, the MKM Prima paring knife is equipped with a cutting blade made of X50CrMoV15 with a hardness of 55-57 HRC. Typical Anso is the handle made of ziricote wood, which eliminates the usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
