The blade of the compact and flexible model is finely satinized, while the handle scales consist of black G10 with a red fiber layer. Comes in a leather case.The classic Santoku grip, in which thumb and index finger are placed quite far out on the blade, is perfect for the short handle that curves into the palm and is held by the middle and ring finger. This gives you excellent cutting control.
