Handmade in the well-known French knife forge Robert David in Thiers, the stainless steel blade is mirror polished and razor sharp.As with all original French Laguiole knives, the fine details are also present in the fixed steak knife: The traditional shepherd’s cross in the handles, the hand-carved engraving on the back of the handle, and the bee, the Napoleonic heraldic animal that adorns the back of the blade.
